International Wedding Stationery Orders outside of the U.K
Ordering as an International Customer is almost as easy as ordering within the U.K. The only difference is that you will be charged a little more for postage, parcels will take slightly longer to get to you and there may be some charges to pay upon the parcels arrival in your country.
How the Process Works
Step One: Browse our Catalogue
Browse our online catalogue and choose a Stationery design that you like from one of our four main collections. Request a free sample by clicking on contact us if you wish to preview the design before you order.
Step Two: Place an Order
A. Place an order with us by using our on line order form.
B. We will then send you a quotation by email to confirm the total amount of your order.
C. Pay the 50% deposit or full payment should you prefer by calling us on +44 (0)845 055 7249 and pay over the phone. We accept most major credit and debit cards accept American Express. Click here to see when would be the best time to call us
D. Supplying additional wording if you have some specific wording requirements by attaching a (.doc) file to an email and send it along to us in addition to the order form.
Sadly we only speak one language, so any required wording that is not written in the English will need to be checked and verified by you. Making sure every detail is correct including accents and other linguistic indications.
Step Three: Proofs
A. Once we have received payment we will then produce your proofs for you, typically this will be completed within 6 working days. You have the option to have your proofs sent to you either as PDF file sent to you in an email, or as hard copies by post.
B. You will need to check and sign each proof item and then return them to us and pay any balance still due, in the case of PDF files you will need to print out the proofs and sign them. To help speed things up you can return the signed proofs by scanning them and then sending them back by email or faxing them to us on +44 (0)845 055 7249.
Step Four: Preparing your Stationery
A. Once we have received the signed proofs and final payment from you we will produce your stationery within Ten working days.
Step Five: Delivery
We are proud to be able to provide an International Wedding Stationery service, wherever you are in the world. The only thing you need to know, if you are ordering outside of the U.K, is that you will be responsible for 2 or 3 extra fees when your order arrives in your country.
A. Stationery being delivered outside the EU will pass through customs procedures. The customs office in your country will make a judgment on whether any duties and taxes are applicable to the parcel, based on the information provided by us on the despatch pack.
These charges are made up of:
Import duty - % charge on the declared value
Import tax- at the prevailing rate in your country applicable on the total value and duties
Clearance fee- an administration charge to cover the costs of additional handling, administration, collection of monies etc
B. You just pay any charges if/when you are contacted by customs, then the parcel will either be delivered to you or you will be given the option of picking your order up in person from your nearest depot.
