The service that we offer to our customers is one
that creates confidence, comfort and above all is
friendly. Our designs are created for Gay and Lesbian weddings
as is our service, here are a few of our key
features:
No minimum order.
Whether you are planning a small
intimate celebration or having the whole caboodle,
we will not impose a minimum order. Our prices are
calculated individually per item, so you won't pay
more per item if you order a smaller amount.
Say what you will
The wording on each of our designs
in our catalogue can be changed to say whatever will
suit your special day the most. Whether you want your
Invitations to read "Civil Partnership Ceremony", "Commitment Ceremony"
or "Gay Wedding Invitation" we can meet your
requirements at no additional cost.
Express delivery
We will always try
to get your Stationery out to you as fast as possible.
For when yesterday would be good we offer an express service for all your stationery needs. Once an order has been received including full payment we will endeavour to complete your order from proofs to delivery within five working days.

Catalogue.
Please browse through our ever growing catalogue of designs, a sample from any of our collections is available upon request, We do not charge for this but we do restrict the number of samples to four designs.
Ordering.
Once you have chosen a design you can complete an
Order form on-line, print one out or by request and
we will send one out to you along with a helpful instructions
page on "How to Order".
Deposit.
We ask that a 50% deposit is submitted at the point of order so that we can start to prepare your proofs. If you are ordering on-line then you will be sent a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received and you will be requested to forward the deposit.
Proofs.
A set of proofs will be sent out to you for you to check. Once you are happy that everything is ok you need to sign each item and then send them back to us, along with final payment. We do not anticipate anything being wrong with the proofs but should any errors occur we are happy for you to make any amendments, and then on receipt we will re-issue any additional proofs as required. Any alterations required after receipt of approved proofs may result in an additional cost depending on the circumstances.
Stationery.
We ensure that all of our Stationery is printed to the highest quality. We use the finest smooth matt board available and ink which uses resin encapsulation technology which provides a water resistant quality. As standard all of our stationery cards are A6 once folded.
The wording for the Invitations and Evening Invitations
are printed on the inside of all our Stationery. The
Order of Day and Menus all come with additional inserted
pages.
Additional items can be added to most of our designs such as a ribbon or in some cases an embossment. Please refer to the pricelist for details.
Reply cards offer two
options, the first is the standard A6 folded card
and the other is a post card which has proven to be
a very effective way of getting a quick response from
your guests. This is exclusive to Muse Design Studio.
Envelopes.
We do not charge for envelopes
these are complimentary. You will be provided with
the required amount, plus some for spares, to send
and receive you stationery. We use Conqueror white
laid envelopes of a high quality.
We do offer an additional service for printing the
RSVP address onto the envelopes of the Reply cards.
This service does carry an extra charge. Please see

Delivery.
We will always get your Stationery delivered to you
as soon as possible the expected time from receipt
of signed proofs will be about one to two weeks. At
quieter times we aim to deliver within a week. We
will send your Stationery to you by special delivery,
to ensure it's safe arrival. There is a charge for
post and packaging which can cost up to £25 if delivered
within the U. K. additional charges will apply for
any delivery outside of the U. K.
Bespoke Gay Wedding Stationery
In addition we also provide
bespoke stationery and would be delighted to arrange
a meeting with the design team to discuss your individual
requirements. Typically we ask for a £75 Design
Deposit which would cover the costs for us designing
your ideal stationery. Once a design is approved then
a quote will be supplied and normal ordering procedure
will follow.
